This is SharpLsp in VS Code. Open a folder with a solution or a project, and SharpLsp loads it, with C# and F# side by side.

F# is first class. The F# compiler answers every hover, completion and jump.

C# runs on Roslyn, the compiler itself, for completion, diagnostics, fixes and refactorings.

And the tools come with it: a profiler, a NuGet browser, test lenses and debugging. Install SharpLsp from the Marketplace or Open VSX. It's free, and open source.
