Right-click in the Solution Explorer, and every node has its own actions. The solution builds, and tidies packages across all of its projects.

Build, rebuild or clean a project in one click. The build runs in a terminal, and its errors and warnings land in the Problems panel.

Open Project File takes you straight to the project's XML.

And on a C# type, Sort Members orders its members by accessibility, kind and name, in a single edit.
