SharpLsp editor setup in VS Code: the bundled server and sidecars starting, every SharpLsp command in the Command Palette, and the trusted-workspace path settings

Transcript

The VS Code extension brings everything with it. On start, it finds a .NET 10 SDK, launches the bundled server and both sidecars, and loads your solution.

Everything it adds lives under SharpLsp in the Command Palette: builds, NuGet, F# Interactive, tests, debugging and the profiler.

Contributors can point it at their own server and sidecar builds, in a trusted workspace only. And the same server runs in Zed, in Rider, and in any editor that speaks LSP.
