SharpLsp brings a NuGet browser into VS Code. Right-click a project, F# or C#, and choose Browse NuGet Packages.

Search nuget.org, and pick a package to see its description, license, versions and tags.

Install edits the project file through MSBuild, keeping its formatting, then restores in the background.

Now it's under Installed, and the project file has its package reference. No terminal, no guesswork.
